Côté forme

Côté Forme is a fitness center that offers

• A weight training area
• A cardio area
• Group classes (Step, Hilo, Zumba, Pilates, Bike, soft gym ...)
• A bar area

Accessible to members from 6am to 11pm 7 days a week in a family atmosphere and supervised by 5 state-certified coaches.

All membership packages give access to the gym from 6am to 11pm 7 days a week
The range of group classes is the widest in the sector and all classes are supervised by real coaches (no video classes)
12 or 24 month commitments also give access to the sauna, at will
Very bright and with a large parking lot, Côté Forme will welcome you in complete safety and will accompany you in the realization of your objectives.

Côté Forme, thanks to the training of its coaches, is able to supervise people within the framework of adapted physical activities (APA concerning people with ALD).

10 tickets: 90 €
Season pass for adult: 52 to 680 € (1 month: 52€
12 months: €420 (in 1, 2 or 3 instalments) or €39 per month by direct debit.
24 months: €680 (in 1, 2 or 3 instalments) or €29 per month by direct debit.).

Group rate available for > 5 people.

Registration fee of 15€ on the 1st registration.
Deposit of €8 (collected) for the access card.
