Main activity in white water, with the program: discovery of the natural environment and the first sensations in river boats! To discover with friends or family! (from 10 years old!) Knowing how to swim is compulsory!

A refreshing introductory course! A 6 km course between Chamonix swimming pool and Les Houches. An original rhythmic descent in the heart of Chamonix. Welcome at our base in CHAMONIX where the first part of the session will be dedicated to the equipment. Then we will take care of transporting you to the start of the river, 800 metres from our premises. After a complete briefing (safety and navigation instructions), you will leave for 45mn to 1h15 of navigation with a qualified guide. On the programme: Discovery of the natural environment and the first sensations of white water with the team of guides from the SESSIONRAFT white water sports school. Maximum 7 people per RAFT Duration of the activity: 2h00 in total including 45min/1h on the water Difficulty: class 2 - 3, easy Parking: Parking des Planards Meeting point: 73 Impasse de l'enclume 74400 CHAMONIX Equipment provided: Full wetsuit, neoprene booties, life jacket, helmet.
